Wellness Wednesday: Motivation to start exercising

Last week, I posted a survey about exercise. Thanks to all who participated ! For your interest, I will report the results. The sample size was small but the results seem to meet with common experience. 

Fully two thirds stated they did not get regular cardio at least four times per week. The biggest obstacle to exercise was.... drum roll please... motivation, which surprised me. The second was not having enough time to exercise.
