Handouts for Nutrition 101
I went to a lot of school (and I liked it!). My brain still “ thinks in school”. For example, when I have work the next day, it is called a “ school night”, meaning we need to get to bed at a reasonable time. We also have to pack lunches, just like when our kids were little.
Similarly, everything can be thought of as a class. If I am teaching my friend the basics of cookie making, I am teaching “ Cookies 101”. The class is geared to beginners, and the material will be straightforward.
Two hundred and three hundred series classes are yet to come, for you “gunners* ” out there.

Reference:
*Gunner- A student who is intensely competitive, always tries to be the best, and often does so at the expense of collaboration or camaraderie.
Common Traits of a "Gunner":
Raises their hand constantly in lectures
Over-prepares for everything (e.g., reading all 12 supplemental articles)
Talks about their own performance or scores
Volunteers for extra work to impress professors
May withhold helpful resources from peers
Seen as trying to “get ahead” at all costs, even if it annoys or alienates others
Usage Example:
"Ugh, that guy asked three questions after class ended. Total gunner."
"Don’t be a gunner—just study with the group and chill."
It's not always meant as a compliment—it can be seen as trying too hard or lacking social awareness. These gunners depicted below are the nicest sort. They took the “ all for one and one for all” approach.
