Exercise in Pregnancy 

Fitness in pregnancy is a hot topic.

We struggle with our collective issues of increasing obesity, pregnancy complications, and rising C section rates. So I ask you: What is a pleasant, nearly free, low risk, and proven effective method to address all three? You guessed it: Exercise in Pregnancy.

Why is it that some of the best solutions to our problems are right under our nose and it takes us forever to see them? 

 

Exercise in pregnancy can be done by pregnant women who are sedentary, not just those who are fit.  It does not have to be  complicated and doesn't have to cost much.
