- Install a water cooler at the office and keep water on your desk at the office.
- Have water at every meal. Keep a pitcher of water in the fridge and transfer it to the table during the meal. It's OK to have two or more beverages at the table.
- Prepare a water bottle for sipping EVERY time you work out.
- Use plain soda water with citrus wedges to add interest. Order it at the bar and people will notice.
- Stash your favorite luxury water i.e. Perrier, Pelligrino, for a special treat for yourself.
