You already know that water is critical to out health. 

Here are 5  practical ways to keep water on your menu: 

  1. Install a water cooler at the office and keep water on your desk at the office. 
  2. Have water at every meal. Keep a pitcher of water in the fridge and transfer it to the table during the meal. It's OK to have two or more beverages at the table. 
  3. Prepare a water bottle for sipping EVERY time you work out. 
  4. Use plain soda water with citrus wedges to add interest. Order it at the bar and people will notice. 
  5. Stash your favorite luxury water i.e. Perrier, Pelligrino, for a special treat for yourself.
